6. Limitations of liability.

Cycoma may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the www.cycoma.fr website and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Cycoma may also not be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the www.cycoma.fr website.

Cycoma reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. 7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the www.cycoma.fr website, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links via which the user accessed the www.cycoma.fr website, the user’s access provider, the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Cycoma only collects personal information about the user for the need of certain services offered by the website www.cycoma.fr. Any dispute in connection with the use of the site www.cycoma.fr is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
